ARM WRESTLING

1. This is an individual event. Each participant competes independently.
2. The objective is to pin the opponent’s hand to the pin pad. A pin is awarded when
the opponent’s fingers, wrist, or hand touches the pad.
3. Both competitors must keep their elbow on the elbow pad and grip hands as
instructed by the referee.
4. The match starts only on the referee’s command “Ready... Go!”. Any movement
before “Go” will result in a foul.
5. Elbows must remain in contact with the elbow pad at all times. Lifting the elbow will
result in a foul.
6. Two fouls will result in loss of the match. Fouls include false starts, elbow fouls,
intentional slips, and disobedience of referee instructions.
7. Two losses will result in elimination from the competition.
8. If the grip slips unintentionally, the match will be restarted in arm wrestling straps.
9. The main referee’s decision is final and binding. Unsportsmanlike conduct will
result in disqualification.
10.There are five weight categories(60,70,80,90,90+kg) and the prize division for each category is as follows:
     1st prize: 2000
     2nd prize: 1000
     3rd prize: 500
