RUNWAY RENDEZVOUS

1. Each team must have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 7 members.
    Theme: Global Fusion
2. All costumes must strictly follow the given theme.
3. Props are allowed only if they are safe and pre-approved by the event coordinator. Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
4. Each team must complete their performance within 7 minutes (maximum).
5. Separate changing rooms will be provided for boys and girls.
6. Teams must perform strictly in the pre-decided order. No change in the order of performance will be permitted under any circumstances.
7. Background music must be verified and approved by the event coordinator prior to the event.
8. Teams must arrive on time before the event. Change in performance order due to late arrival will not be permitted.
9. Teams are advised to bring their audio/video file in a pen drive as backup.
10. Merit and participation certificates will be awarded to deserving participants.
11. Any form of obscenity, vulgarity, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
12. Participants must maintain proper discipline and decorum throughout the event.
13. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
