1. This event is open exclusively to individual female participants.
2. This edition of Chic Faria will be conducted under the theme “Dark Ascent: Power Reimagined.” All participants must align their outfit and presentation with the theme guidelines.
3. The main outfit must reflect dark glam aesthetics that are bold, elegant, and strong.
4. Participants must incorporate only one pastel or light colour into their outfit. This lighter shade must symbolically represent their chosen personality trait or power symbol.
5. Each participant must choose one power symbol representing a strong personality trait such as courage, freedom, leadership, or hope, and express it creatively through fashion elements such as silhouette, colour placement, fabric, layering, or detailing. Literal costumes are not permitted.
6. Each participant will perform individually on the runway and must showcase
confidence, stage presence, and personality.
7. Background music must be verified and approved by the event coordinator prior to the event. Participants are advised to bring their audio file in a pen drive as backup.
8. Props are allowed only if they are safe and pre-approved by the event coordinator. Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
9. Participants must report and assemble at the venue on time. Participants must perform strictly in the pre-decided order, and no change in the order of performance will be permitted under any circumstances.
10. Any form of obscenity, vulgarity, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
11. Participants must maintain proper discipline and decorum throughout the event.
12. Merit and participation certificates will be awarded to deserving participants.
13. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
