MEHENDI MELANGE

1. The event will be conducted as an individual competition.
2. Participants must bring their own mehendi cones and any required materials.
3. The design must be created only during the allocated competition time.
4. Pre-drawn outlines, tracing, or the use of stencils is strictly not permitted.
5. Participants must follow the announced theme and incorporate the given surprise element into their design.
6. Each participant will be given approximately 1 minute to explain the concept and inspiration behind their design after completion.
7. Any offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar designs will lead to immediate disqualification.
8. Participants must maintain discipline and decorum throughout the event.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
