CHESSTORM

1. The total duration of each match is 15 minutes.
2. For the first 12 minutes, an activity round is conducted after every 2 minutes (Wall push-offs, Jumping jacks, High knees, Squats).
3. During each activity round, players must complete the assigned task before continuing play.
4. The game clock continues running while activities are performed.
5. Failure to complete an activity results in a 1-minute time deduction.
6. Refusing to perform an assigned activity is recorded as a violation.
7. Three violations result in immediate disqualification.
8. The final 3 minutes of the match are free play, with no activities conducted.
9. Standard chess rules apply, including the touch-move rule. Games are decided by checkmate, flag fall, or draw (stalemate, threefold repetition, or insufficient material).
10. Illegal moves must be corrected and incur a 1-minute penalty.
11. The game is won by checkmate, resignation, or opponent’s time expiring.
12. If a player’s clock reaches 0:00, they lose the game.
13. Draws are allowed as per standard chess rules.
14. Any form of misbehavior or malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
